Transfer Admissions

Students who have started their college-level education at another institution may apply for admission to the Wilson College of Textiles through the university’s transfer student application process. All admission decisions are made by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions

The resources below will help you through the planning and application process.

Fashion and Textile Design Applications

Fashion and Textile Design (FTD) admissions applications must be submitted by November 1. If you selected FTD, within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive an email directing you to your wolfPAW account where you’ll find a link to the portfolio submission portal, SlideRoom. Portfolios and essay responses must be submitted In SlideRoom by November 1. New FTD students are admitted for fall entry only.

It is important to note that Fashion and Textile Design is a studio-based, cohort program that will require 8 semesters to complete, regardless of the number of transfer credits earned. Entering the program with transfer credits may allow students to take a lighter course load during their enrollment in the program, but it will not expedite degree completion.
