Dr. Katherine Annett-Hitchcock to join the NC State Community Engaged Faculty Fellows (CEFF)
Congratulations to Dr. Katherine Annett-Hitchcock as she has been selected to join the NC State Community Engaged Faculty Fellows (CEFF) and was recognized at the Outreach and Engagement Awards Celebration Monday. This is an outstanding group of faculty that focus on community engagement, serve as mentors for those interested in learning more about community engaged practices, and are committed to service learning.
Dr. Annett-Hitchcock is very deserving of this recognition as she is committed to helping all people improve their health, well-being, and overall quality of life through intelligent clothing design. When introducing Dr. Annett-Hitchcock as a new Fellow, her work in product development for differently-abled populations was specifically noted. She is actively involved with numerous community groups including Redress Raleigh and Community Hope. Dr. Annett-Hitchcock continually provides experiential learning opportunities for students in our College and University.
Please congratulate Kate on being selected as a member of this outstanding group of Fellows!
