Career development is a process that takes time, intentionality and effort. By enrolling in the Wilson College of Textiles, students have indicated their potential career interests; however, post-graduation success often requires mastery of skills and knowledge gained outside of the classroom. While internships, student organizations and other co-curricular activities play a vital role in the career and professional development of students, the need for demonstrable career readiness skills is essential for the transition from college to career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
