The major goal is to support basic and applied research programs which will develop fundamental knowledge and will be the basis for improved performance in comfort for clothing and protective clothing systems in various end use scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The center serves as a nucleus of activity for coordinating and managing diverse research projects in the area of combined textile comfort and protection.
