However, this small program within a tier-one research institution means that your resources and connections are anything but limited.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apply to the Textile Technology Management Ph.D. Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadlines for Spring 2023 Start<\/strong>: July 15 for international students, Nov. 25 for U.S. citizens<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadlines for Fall 2023 Start<\/strong>: March 1 for international students, June 25 for U.S. citizens<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be advised that many funding decisions are made during March and April.
