The Independent Study project allows you to work with different faculty and explore some of the work that they are doing. It will help you to work in a research environment that is different from the classroom. Projects may range from literature study to some limited practical experimental work, depending on your and your faculty supervisor\u2019s needs and interests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Six (6) credit hours of the TE630 independent study (IS) course are required for the non-thesis degree and highly recommended<\/strong> for the thesis degree.
