I started as a temp for the executive assistant to the provost when she was on maternity leave. When that assignment was over, I was offered the temporary position here, and then I was lucky enough to be hired full-time in January!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Textiles are definitely something I would like to learn more about. I am hoping to take a class on the fundamentals of textiles through the Zeis Textiles Extension when I can find the time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The staff at the college are great to work with, and I enjoy being able to support Dean Hinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Handling the dean’s calendar, supervising the dean’s page program and supporting the college in various ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More than anything, I feel that there is a culture of unity and collaboration. It may be due to the size, but it is a very close-knit college. I love the diversity of our community and how comfortable it seems that everyone is with each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just being able to work with such a wonderful, supportive team. I really enjoy that I get to know people from all facets of the college \u2014 faculty, staff and students from all departments and units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Read, bake, binge watch Netflix and do home improvement projects with my husband.<\/p>\n","protected":false,"raw":"\n\n\n\n\n
