Heather has been awarded a North Carolina Textile Foundation <i>Floopy Dunlap\/Beaunit Centennial Scholarship<\/i>. Heather completed Advanced Placement courses in Calculus, Physics, Environmental Science, Statistics, Government, and World History. She particularly enjoyed her AP Calculus AB Course. Heather participated in a variety of organizations in high school including Junior Classical League, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the International Thespian Society. She also served as the Executive Student Government Association Treasurer and Vice President for her high school\u2019s National Honor Society. In addition, Heather was a Junior Volunteer for her local hospital. She also enjoys playing piano and running.
