Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification – Fall

November 4 - November 7

$4500

Course Overview

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training is a two-week course that will introduce you to the next level of the Lean Six Sigma philosophy. This course uses a combination of lectures, presentations and hands-on lab exercises to provide you with a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma. The advanced statistics and topics will equip you to identify high-level opportunities for improvement within your company. You will effectively implement Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects to achieve significant financial impact and improve customer service.

NC State’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training program provides participants with two options.

Option 1: Our four-week program consists of consecutive weeks of training, green belt, and black belt. Participants will need to register for both individually at the same time.

Option 2: Two weeks of training for participants that have previously completed green belt training.  Participants only register for black belt training.

This format creates an atmosphere similar to the work environment where Green and Black Belts work together on Lean Six Sigma project teams.

Schedule:

Week 1: November 4-7
Week 2: December 9-12
