Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification Program Week B

Course Overview

Master Black Belts are change agents who lead Lean Six Sigma projects at an enterprise level. Their efforts include deployment, training, coaching, mentoring, and providing technical support to Green Belts and Black Belts.

Our Master Black Belt (MBB) program provides a structured path for Master Black Belt certification with an emphasis on a more in-depth learning of statistics and leadership skills.

This training program consists of five, 3.5 day courses. All of the courses prepare the student to advance their knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma to be leaders in continuous improvement. Courses are:

  • Error Proofing and Advanced Lean
  • Program Deployment and Advanced VOC
  • Nonparametrics and Logistic Regression
  • Advanced DOE and Advanced Control
  • Design for Six Sigma and Simulations

  • $9,500 per person for all 5 training weeks and certification
  • $18,600 for 2 individuals from the same company
  • $27,700 for 3 individuals from the same company

Who should attend…

Certified Six Sigma Black Belts from NC State University or other approved non-NC State organizations.
