An in-plant program will educate your managers and associates in textile technologies critical to your company\u2019s success, as well as provide employees the opportunity to learn why each job or process is important in the manufacturing chain. Improve the quality and production of your products by increasing the knowledge-base of your associates and preparing them to make better on-the-job decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The textile extension group is dedicated to forming a partnership with your plant or company for the purpose of developing a meaningful and effective educational experience. We follow these steps in planning your program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Discuss education needs with your key plant personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select program topics and pertinent subject matter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver your program proposal for approval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-plant-expertise\">Subject Matter Expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To address your specific manufacturing concerns, we can incorporate several topics into one program. Program subject matter covers a wide variety of textile processes including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Man-made fiber production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spun yarn manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weaving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nonwoven manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dyeing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filament yarn manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Texturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slashing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knitting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fabric preparation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finishing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"instructor-qualifications\">Instructor Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All our instructors have textile industry experience, are familiar with various employment categories and offer specific areas of expertise.
