Diana Jennifer Reese

Diana Jennifer Reese – from Loveland, OH graduated from Loveland High School. Diana has also earned a Park Scholarship, the most prestigious University-wide scholarship offered to students attending NC State. These two honors make Diana the only Park-Centennial Scholar in her incoming freshman class. Diana is a National Merit Scholar as well as an AP Scholar with honors. On top of a rigorous course load, Diana was President of the Math Team and the International Club, as well as a member of The National Honors Society, Invisible Children, the Latin Club, and Link Crew. She has proven herself not limited to academics by earning a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and Varsity letters in swimming and track. Outside of school, Diana was deeply involved in the Soundwave Youth Praise Band at her church. Her passion for language and cultural awareness led to her volunteer work with the Chinese Immersion Day Camps, two service trips to Honduras, and an online ESL tutoring program. Diana is an alumnus of NC State’s Summer Textile Exploration Program and intends to pursue a double major in Textile Engineering and Paper Science & Engineering.
