Lauren Ashley Koepnick

Lauren Ashley Koepnick – from Raleigh, NC graduated from Athens Drive High School. While taking a rigorous course load, Lauren received straight A’s throughout high school and was recognized as an Honors Scholar for maintaining above a 4.0 GPA. Her junior year, she was designated as an AP Scholar for her exceptional performance on her AP Exams. She was an officer of the Environmental Awareness Club and Secretary of the Psychology Club. Lauren diligently volunteered six hours each quarter and fifty hours each year through her membership in the National Honors Society and the Key Club, respectively. She participated in the March of Dimes and MorLove, where she knit a purse out of recycled cloth to raise money for children in Uganda. Lauren attended NC State’s Summer Textile Exploration Program intends to major in Textile Engineering.
