Caitlin Lubatty

Caitlin Lubatty – from Cornelius, NC graduated from Hopewell High School. Caitlin has outstanding leadership potential as evidenced by her high school record. She was President of the Spanish Honor Society, Secretary of the Spanish Club, Secretary of the National Technical Honor Society, and Vice-President of community service for the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA). As an avid member of FCCLA, Caitlin was a Governor’s Page for NC Governor Mike Easley. Caitlin taught children how to sew and sent quilts to orphans in Baghdad and Iraq for her Girl Scout Gold Award. During the summer of 2004, Caitlin participated in the Summer Textile Exploration Program through the Wilson College of Textiles. As a Wolfpack member, Caitlin intends to study Textile Technology and Design.
