Emily Sanders

Emily Sanders – from Clayton, NC graduated from Corinth Holders High School. Emily has been awarded the North Carolina Textile Foundation Vincent Fang Centennial Scholarship to study in a textile degree program at NC State. Emily took several Advanced Placement courses, including Calculus, Statistics, and Biology. She has participated in the Summer Textile Exploration Program at NC State as well as the Superintendent’s Student Leadership Board. Emily was involved with National Art Honor Society, Young Republicans, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Varsity Cheer, and is an anchor for Pirate TV News, her school’s broadcast class. Emily was also Senior Class President for the Corinth Holders Student Government Association. Emily intends to study Polymer Color Chemistry.
