Policies

University Policies, Regulations, and Rules (PRR) can be found at the NC State Policies, Regulations, and Rules (PRR) website. This is the list of policies (Rule per definition) that are adopted under the Dean’s authority within the Wilson College of Textiles.

Per Regulation 01.25.05, a Rule is a standard, statement or procedure, other than a policy or regulation, adopted by an academic or administrative unit of NC State University to implement an NC State University Policy or Regulation or address matters within the authority of the unit. Rules are supplementary to, and may not conflict with, policies and regulations. Academic unit Rules, other than those required to be established by UNC or NC State policies or regulations, must be approved by a college Dean or applicable academic unit Vice Provost. All other rules must be approved by the unit administrator and the unit executive officer.
