Wilson College of Textiles Student Grows Her Apparel Business with Help From the Flex Factory

Junior Annie Hoyt started selling hand-sewn skirts after high school, but has expanded her business with industry-level machinery at the Wilson College of Textiles.

Founded at NC State Ritika Shamdasani and her sister, Niki Shamdasani, launched Sani, a clothing brand inspired by South Asian fashion, after the sisters noticed a lack of local options.
