Amanda Brooks

Amanda Brooks – from Richfield, NC, graduated from North Stanly High School. Amanda has been awarded a North Carolina Textile Foundation Centennial Scholarship to study Textiles at NC State. Amanda served as president of the Student Government, captain of the Volleyball team, president of FCCLA, and was selected as the 2003-2004 Homecoming Queen of her school. She was actively involved in serving at soup kitchens, visiting nursing homes, and sending packages to the troops overseas. Amanda’s initial plans are to pursue a degree in Textile Technology & Design.
