Commencement Information

FALL 2025

The Fall 2025 University Commencement will be held on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 at 9 a.m. at the Lenovo Center.

Wilson College of Textiles Doctoral Commencement

  • Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the Textiles Complex 
  • A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
  • The commencement ceremony is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.
  • Graduating students will receive more information via email closer to the date, so please make sure to check your email.
  • The ceremony will be livestreamed online here.

Wilson College of Textiles Undergraduate and Master’s Commencement

  • Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Stewart Theater in Talley Student Union
  • A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
  • The commencement ceremony is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.
  • Due to the large capacity of Stewart Theater, tickets will not be required for guests.
  • Graduating students will receive more information via email from the Wilson College closer to the date, so please make sure to check your email.
  • The ceremony will be livestreamed online here.

SPRING 2026

The Spring 2026 University Commencement will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 9 a.m. at Carter-Finley Stadium.

Wilson College of Textiles Doctoral Commencement

Wilson College of Textiles Undergraduate and Master’s Commencement

  • Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Reynolds Coliseum
  • The commencement ceremony is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.
  • Due to the large capacity of Reynolds Coliseum, tickets will not be required for guests.
  • Graduating students will receive more information via email from the Wilson College closer to the date, so please make sure to check your email.
  • The ceremony will be livestreamed online TBA.

Special Notes for Undergraduates

  • Students completing their degree requirements in Summer (SSI or SSII) will not be allowed to participate in the Spring college commencement ceremony. Summer graduates are invited to participate in the Fall college commencement ceremony in December.
  • Students must be “pre-cleared” by Wilson College in order to participate in the commencement ceremony – once you apply for graduation, you will be contacted by a member of Academic Services if there are any concerns about your pre-clearance
