S M Fijul Kabir dreamed about attending the NC State Wilson College of Textiles since he first thought about studying textiles. He was impressed with the college’s reputation and wanted to pursue his passion in textile research here. But after starting the program, he learned of technologies that led to new areas of research and, eventually, a new field of study.
