Our strategic plan defines our vision, mission, priorities and core values that align with our culture charter and guide us in all that we do.

We exist to advance the success of our students, and the textile industry in North Carolina, the U.S., and around the world, through teaching innovation, research excellence, strong partnerships and service.

Our Priorities

Nurture a hyper-collaborative culture rooted in equality of opportunity.

  • Goal 2: Ensure preeminence in research, scholarship, innovation and collaboration.

Culture Charter

In 2018, the Wilson College employees developed the college’s first Culture Charter to embody what it means to commit ourselves to our Core Values.
