TEXday

TEXday allows high school teachers across North Carolina to bring their classes to visit the Wilson College of Textiles. Students will learn more about our world-renowned degree programs and scholarship opportunities, tour our facilities, and be challenged with textiles-related activities! TEXday is designed for all classes associated with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM). 

All visitors are required to wear closed-toed shoes in our labs. For any questions, please contact textiles-recruitment@ncsu.edu.

Registration Information

  • Each school can register up to 25 students.
  • Each event is capped at 175-200 students total.

Please limit the number of student you plan to bring to no more than 25. By keeping the groups small we are able to accommodate more schools.
